About Pacific Sports and Spine
Pacific Sports and Spine is an interventional pain management clinic. We have 4 locations including a physical therapy office, a satellite clinic in Sutherlin and a surgery center in Springfield. Our physicians are involved in clinical research and can offer our patients cutting edge technology.

Essential Functions:
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist, including the use of modalities, manual techniques, and common exercise techniques.
- Instruct and guide patients through various functional activities.
- Observe and follows treatment precautions as identified by physical therapists or physicians.
- Observes for changes in patient responses and reports changes to physical therapist.
- Provides daily and timely patient chart documentation.
- Provides education and training to patients while incorporating learning style preferences.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Education:
- As required by licensure
License and Certification:
- Current PTA licensure in Oregon
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour
