Overview
Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The responsibilities of the Program Assistant may include project correspondence and reports, coordinating schedules and meetings, and developing and maintaining program files; support of outreach and education events; data collection, data entry, and/or study documentation. The Program Assistant will participate in research projects through review of primary and secondary data and may be asked to conduct literature reviews; support focus groups; assist in the development of materials for grant proposals, presentations, and meetings.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 1+ years’ experience with research programs and/or transcribing. Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access preferred.
Education/Licensure/Certification: High school graduate or equivalent. College education preferred.
