We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Holy Trinity Physical Therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their highest level of function and independence. You'll work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans, provide hands-on therapy, and educate them on how to manage their condition.

In this role, you'll:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities.
  • Educate patients and their families about their condition and how to manage it at home.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Document patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
You'll be successful in this role if you have:
  • A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree.
  • A current state license to practice physical therapy.
  • Excellent clinical skills and experience in treating a variety of conditions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • A commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
