The Brand Creative team at Dynata tackles everything from web experiences, campaigns, sales enablement, social media, trade show and field marketing support. As Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the visual elements primarily for web, that prioritize functionality and aesthetic appeal - leveraging your strong understanding of UX.

Reporting into the Creative Director, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team and cross-functional departments to create compelling campaigns and landing pages that align with our brand vision and goals. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help drive our brand's presence and effectiveness in the market.

What you'll do:

  • Concept Development: Collaborate with the Creative and Marketing teams to brainstorm and develop innovative visual concepts for campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives across multiple channels.

  • Design Oversight: Lead and manage the design process for web page development and digital content, communicating specific needs from a content and marketing operations perspective to deliver a performance-driven experience.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and internal communications, to bring new product launches to life on the website.

  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from conception through execution, managing timelines and resources to deliver projects on schedule.

  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual elements maintain consistency with the brand's identity, continuously refining and evolving the brand aesthetic.

  • Market Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our marketing strategies fresh and relevant.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of Art Director experience, preferably in an in-house marketing environment.

  • 10+ years in design

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience in leading successful campaigns.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)and Figma

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly.

  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually compelling content.

  • Experience in project management and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

The base salary range for this position in is $60K-$75K/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A discretionary incentive program may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and other benefits, dependent on full-time employment status.
