Description
We are looking for someone who has a very positive and happy personality, has restaurant experience and is detail oriented. 1 year of experience in a high volume restaurant is required. The personal touch is what has made us so successful, so you need to make creating a great customer experience. You must be team player and enjoy working with others. Maintaining a positive work environment is key. You would need to be comfortable with technology. Hours are 4 days a week. We offer health insurance and dental insurance for anyone who works at least 30 hours. NO DRUG NO DRINKING ENVIRONMENT

Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:
  • Reservations and scheduling parties
  • Employee scheduling for 35-40 FOH employees
  • Some ordering of FOH products
  • You will be responsible for voids and comps.
  • You will need to learn each job in the restaurant and fill in when we are short staffed
  • Checking to make sure all side work is done at the start and end of shift
  • Make sure the restaurant is clean. Safety is a priority
  • Help control labor costs by sending staff home when they are not needed
  • increase efficiency and productiveness of staff with great training protocols
  • Helping the staff and filling in all positions when needed including expo, running and take out
  • Closing the restaurant at the end of the day.
  • 2 references required
Requirements
  • previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant
  • Able to lead by example
  • Great communication skills
  • Gets along well with co workers
  • Comfortable with computers and technology
  • Detail-oriented, able to prioritize and multitask
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment efficiently
  • Capable of coaching team members on how to perform at their best
  • Must be patient and able to work well with high school age kids
  • Must have your own transportation to get to work
  • Must be reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
  • Must be clean cut due to conservative clientele
