If you have prior customer service experience, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others, apply today Responsibilities: • Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood • Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency • Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate • Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files • Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • Previous legal experience a plus • Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus • Sales or customer service experience highly valued • Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency Compensation: $15 - $25 hourly
