Major Asphalt/Concrete Company, is seeking individuals with experience in Asphalt Paving/Maintenance/Estimating and Sales. Qualified candidates should have knowledge of asphalt paving, sealcoating, pavement maintenance and concrete. We are looking for an outside sales representative, who is motivated, dependable, honest, organized and knowledgeable to join our sales team.

Requirements

Candidates with knowledge of asphalt and concrete must have the ability to sell repairs as paving, seal coating, crack filling, striping, infrared repair, concrete, storm/drain repair as well as snow plowing services.

As our sales team member, you will need to:

* Must be able to read blueprints and plans.

* Take field measurements to deliver accurate estimates to our customers.

* Must have excellent math skills to properly calculate job estimation.

* Must be able to properly diagnose property for the accurate repair needed.

* Must have excellent communication skills.

* Organization and attention to detail is a must when communicating with our customers in form of estimating, time management, answering questions and resolving issues and/or concerns.

* Must be able to present yourself in a professional manner with customers in person or on the phone.

* Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, makes decisions and take direction.

* Must have computer skills and knowledge with, MS Word, Excel, Quickbooks. Other programs could be trained.

* Must be able to work Monday - Saturday (Sundays off), be on call and able to answer phones.
