About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Kai ESA. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests' rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and inviting. Your attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness will be essential in maintaining our high standards of guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within our company.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a hotel or hospitality setting
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas according to established standards
  • Ensure that all linens and amenities are fully stocked and in good condition
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately
  • Assist guests with any requests or needs they may have during their stay
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

Skills:

As a Kai Housekeeping Attendant, you will use your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. You will also use your communication and customer service skills to assist guests with any requests or needs they may have. Additionally, you will use your physical strength and stamina to lift and move heavy objects, such as furniture and cleaning equipment. Finally, you will use your flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
