Your Role as a Respiratory Therapist

Your mission will involve:

• Providing direct care to patients requiring medical gas, breathing therapy, and medications.
• Leading patient assessments, developing personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns.
• Establishing meaningful connections with patients by understanding their physical, emotional, and psychological needs.
• Celebrating each patient’s progress during their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• Current State License in Respiratory Therapy.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Two years of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
