JOB LOCATION: Social Services

PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for providing clinical oversight to the cases of staff and for providing clinical support to consumers participating in the Adult Services programs.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

1. Provide clinical supervision of cases for staff in Adult Services programs, review and sign off on program-specific documentation that requires clinical oversight (SARJs, RPOCs, Crisis Plans, etc.). E

2. Assist Adult Services staff by providing clinical support to consumers who are in crisis; to include, but not limited to: assist with home visits to provide support, clinical feedback, and clinical intervention for consumers, etc. E

3. Provide support and assistance to/for Adult Services staff to include, but not limited to: may transport clients, recommendations on community resources, development on training around the mental health and other needs of consumers, provide/assist with training (as needed), etc. E

4. Serve as a liaison and representative for the organization, program, and staff with applicable stakeholders (i.e., Milwaukee County). NE

5. Complete/collect/process and/or submit required items by due dates. E

6. Establish and maintain good communication, collaboration, and cooperation with all stakeholders. E

7. Attend meetings and professional development activities. NE

8. Follow all duties of a mandated reporter. E

9. Perform other related duties as assigned. NE

10. Be a team player. E

Requirements

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Work is generally performed in office setting. Minimal infrequent local travel.

REPORTS TO: Program Coordinator - Adult Services

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Master's degree from an accredited school in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.

2. Valid WI Licensed Clinical Social Worker OR Licensed Professional Counselor OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist required.

3. Three (3) years of experience working with mental health and/or substance use.

4. Strong communication skills, written and verbal, appropriate to target audiences across multiple functional areas, categories, levels, linguistic, and economic backgrounds; both in a team and individual environment.

5. Bilingual (Spanish and English), spoken and written. (Desirable)

6. Neat orderly person with great organizational skills.

7. Must be a "People Person" with a great disposition and outlook on life, who enjoys working with others, is upbeat and pleasant to work with and is a good listener.

8. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite.

10. Must successfully complete and pass all background checks

11. Transportation, valid Wisconsin Driver's license, state minimum auto insurance, and must meet La Causa, Inc. driving standards.

$50,663.00 to $61,921.00 Based on Experience
