SUMMARY:

The Junior Business Solutions Analyst position will be responsible for supporting the Business Solutions Analysts and Business Solutions Officers, performing administrative tasks such as daily, monthly, and quarterly reports and duties. This role will assist with audits within the department and will review Cash Management and Merchant setups and modifications for accuracy. The Junior Business Solutions Analyst will also assist the Sales Officers with paperwork, as needed. Additional responsibilities may include delivering the Bank's Right By You quality customer service to each internal and external customer.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Time: Description:

40% Perform daily duties such as Notification of Change reporting, Returned ACH, Chargebacks, New Account Report, ACH and RDC temporary increases. Assist with GL Balancing, IGLU Tables, etc.

20% Complete a daily check of recent Merchant and Cash Management setups and modifications for accuracy.

10% Perform monthly duties such as ACH and RDS Renewals, Closed Billing Account report review. Assist in preparing Board reports, Merchant audit, Rate changes, Merchant Statements, etc.

10% Perform quarterly and yearly duties such as ACH and RDS Audit, RDS Customer Audit, ACH Third Party Survey, etc.

10% Assist Business Solutions Officers with paperwork and proposals, as needed.

10% Provide platinum level customer service to internal and external customers with a Right By You attitude.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate’s degree with 1 year of banking experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments with speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow procedures and to work independently and have excellent organizing and prioritizing skills.

  • Knowledge of the Bank's policies, procedures, and operations.
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel, if needed, throughout the Bank’s footprint.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficiency with Fiserv Precision (core customer, deposit/loan, and GL system platform).
