Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 1-3 years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, various Social Media
  • Solid understanding of HR policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Prior experience coordinating HR-related programs and activities
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or working towards.
  • Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) or related organizational membership.

  • This job operates in a manufacturing plant environment. Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
