Join Our Team as a Field Sales Account Executive (Hospice)

We are seeking an account executive to coordinate patient referrals, build relationships with local hospitals, and educate the community about hospice care. This role will involve working closely with patients and their care team to ensure continuity of care and proper documentation. About Us:

A leading hospice, palliative, and pediatric comfort care provider, Agape Care Group is dedicated to serving patients and families with love and delivering the highest quality care, spanning across seven states.

Essential Functions:

The Field Sales Account Executive will be responsible for generating new hospice business, maintaining existing service, and serving as a liaison between the agency, hospitals, and other referral sources. This involves daily interaction with patients, medical professionals, and the community, as well as coordinating appropriate communication and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of an Associate Degree in a health-related field or relevant work experience
  • 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting
  • Reliable transportation and ability to lift at least 25 lbs
