The name's Infinity, a part of the Constellation Software (TSX: CSU). We build the software that helps lending institutions lend money to all people, no matter their financial history.

4 billion people live in poverty and are denied access to credit through traditional banks and they need our help.

We are looking for a superstar Client Success Specialist who is ready to help take our clients' businesses to the next level.

In this position you'll leverage your charm, people skills, software skills, and financial skills to help our awesome clients.

Complex software = complex problems = you need to be a genius ;)

Okay, maybe not a genius... but you're definitely going to grow here and you will feel pride as you conquer each and every challenge.

The Gig
  • Be the main point of contact for a book of business of approximately 20 - 40 clients
  • Research, review, and respond to all software-related questions in a timely manner
  • Gather information from clients regarding feature requests, bugs, hard-to-use areas in the software
  • Train your client base on how to use new functionalities that have been released
  • Manage escalations for complex client inquiries
  • Maintain high client success rating measured via NPS survey
