This is how you will grow:

The Semiconductor Senior Sales Manager will spearhead revenue growth for our innovative power semiconductor products, driving sales across North America (with occasional international travel).
  • Central contact person and responsible for the acquisition of new customers in the
    semiconductor environment while integrating a sales marketing strategy
  • Strategic acquisition of new customers using suitable sales tools such as
    Telesales, sales marketing and account-based marketing
  • Support in the calculation and preparation of quotations as well as tracking and
    negotiation of offers until the order is received
  • Responsibility for forecast planning and customer-related sales reporting to management board
  • Consistently exceed assigned sales targets and propel continuous revenue expansion.
  • Craft and execute strategic account plans aligned with business unit objectives.
  • Deliver regular reports on customer activity and sales forecasts.
  • Operate independently, managing your workload with minimal supervision.
  • Provide essential technical support to customers, assisting with design integration.
  • Conduct market research and translate insights to inform product marketing and development efforts.
  • Identify new product opportunities based on customer needs and market trends.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships, including maintaining CRM profiles and fostering trust.
  • Navigate opportunities through the entire sales funnel,
  • Prioritize key accounts to maximize their revenue contribution.
  • Proactively prospect for new clients to expand market penetration for existing applications.
Requirements

This is how you will take us forward:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent experience with a strong understanding of customer technical needs.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably with a focus on power products.
  • Strong "hunter mentality" and experience in acquiring new customers
  • Excellent comprehension and communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Very structured work and approach to project management
