Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to generate loyalty and trust within our customer base. Effectively communicate with our customers to educate them on our products and services we offer and bring value to the community. Assist with billing inquiries, troubleshooting, service inquiries, routine business, and local community events. Customer account accuracy: orders, changes, inquiries, requests, internal processes, and communication. Learn and adapt to all necessary computer programs and interfaces needed to support the customer and the organization. What’s Needed? Temporary position, 4-6 months, possibly longer. Remote unless local to area in Iron Mountain or Escanaba can work in office. M-F 8am-6pm, typically shifts are 8-430cst or 930-6cst. Required: High school diploma, background in customer service and/or retail, and criminal background check & drug testing. Preferred: Experience within a call center environment. 2-year degree in IT, Communications, Business Management or equivalent preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong active listening skills, capable of clear communication in both written and verbal forms, proficient in preparing reports and plans.
