What it's like to be a Help Desk Level II Technician at Help Desk Level II Technician

As a Help Desk Level II Technician at Card-Monroe Automation, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing exceptional technical support to both internal teams and external customers. You will troubleshoot and resolve a variety of software and hardware issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Expect to engage in direct communication with users, guiding them through problem resolution processes and documenting all interactions for future reference.

Your role will also require you to collaborate with other IT team members to identify areas for improvement and contribute to innovative projects. On a typical day, you'll participate in team meetings, manage support tickets, and contribute to ongoing training sessions to enhance your technical skills. Your work schedule will be Monday through Friday, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while excelling in a high-performance environment.

Essential Job Duties include Epicor ERP Support and Epicor Training. Also experience in Active Directory, Computer Imaging and Office 365 Management is preferred.
