Deco ThinkTell is seeking a highly organized and creative Assistant Event Coordinator to join our team in Orlando, FL. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that promote our brand and engage our audience.

Pay: $22.50 - $31.50 per hour
Job: Onsite - Full time

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and planning of events from inception to completion.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and preferences.
  • Research and recommend venues, suppliers, and vendors for events.
  • Create and maintain event timelines and schedules.
  • Assist with on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Manage guest lists and RSVP tracking for events.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and event management software.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
