We are looking for outgoing, team-oriented, and fitness-loving, Front Desk Fitness Sales Associates. If this is you, come join our team

Available Hours: part-time, about 7-12 hours per week
Available Shifts: Preferred availability: evenings from 4PM-8:30PM, weekend mornings 8AM-2PM. Additional shift coverage may be needed on an on-call basis. All team meetings are held on the first Friday of each month between 3:30pm - 4:30pm and are mandatory. Schedule based on the needs of the business.
Compensation: $17/hour + commission
Benefits: free membership, 40% off merchandise, paid time off, paid sick leave, ongoing development, flexible work schedule 

Duties:

  • Ensure every member is receiving the best TITLE Boxing Club experience. 
  • Promptly answer incoming calls and return voicemails.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule prospective members for upcoming classes.
  • Follow-up with existing members to ensure satisfaction.
  • Ensure club is properly stocked, clean, and organized.
  • Sales goal oriented to contribute to the growth of the team.  

We seek someone who has the following qualities:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Sales experience or willingness to learn 
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Genuinely enjoys helping others
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Isn't afraid to get sweaty and get their hands dirty
