Become a Delivery Associate for Amazon Delivery Service Partner

Location: DFT4 - Atlanta, GA 30318

Compensation: Starting pay $20.25/hr + benefits

  • Bonuses: All employees will be eligible upon owner's discretion for performance and attendance.
The Incline Effect Logistics is looking for part and full-time delivery associates who are results-oriented and committed to business success. As a delivery associate, you will drive an Amazon-branded vehicle and it will be your job to ensure all orders are delivered safely, on time, and to the right location. You can expect to work about 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.

We are looking for team players who desire to grow within the Company. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, communicate effectively, and are ready to get the job done. Successful delivery drivers enjoy being out on the road driving, put safety first, and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities
  • Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
  • Use handheld device for routing information, customer delivery information.
  • Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
  • Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
  • Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
  • Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
  • Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
Delivery Driver Requirements:

We provide on-the-job training so that all of our employees feel confident on the road and on the doorsteps of customers. Health and safety are always a top priority. We will take all recommended precautions to keep everyone healthy and follow strict safety standards on/off the road.
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Have a valid driver's license (a commercial driver's license (CDL) is not required)
  • Be able to operate and navigate a delivery van, weighing 10,000 lbs. or less (you do not need to provide your own vehicle)
  • Past professional driving experience preferred but not required
  • Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
  • Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
