Promote MKTG 360o Services * Actively learns about Layton's portfolio, services, and market needs through reading past proposals, training opportunities, discussions with peers, BD partners, etc. * Provides marketing support to key initiatives through creation of brochures, brown bag materials, etc. focused on technical capabilities and benefits. * May coordinate development of non-proposal support materials such as brochures, presentations, etc. working hand-in-hand with BD and communications teams to ensure consistency of message, and adherence to established quality and brand standards across all deliverables. * Applies knowledge of Layton's/SBU's overall service offerings including strategic initiatives. * Maintains marketing plans in conjunction with BD representatives to promote additional marketing 360 efforts. Capture Planning and Proposal Development * Supports and leads pursuit teams in implementation while taking initiative to learn and apply process/principles. * Contributes to proposal content and leads level of effort (LOE) 2 and 3 proposals and collateral pieces under the direction/supervision of others. * Supports action planning and progress tracking. * Conducts research to identify best Layton qualifications (experience matrix, project descriptions, resumes, etc.) and competitor information. * Works with Creative Services (CS) to generate graphics and layout for marketing products using the team's proven approach and tools. Maintain and Leverage Marketing Information * Responds to requests for information and client research assistance. * Helps to create and maintain well-organized, accessible, up-to-date qualifications statements, project descriptions,...
