Job Summary:

The Senior Application Analyst supports one or more enterprise applications including day-to-day operational issues, break/fix, configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and on-call rotations independently. This role requires the experience to maintain systems and applications, such as OnBase, Infor Workforce Management, and MedEx, in an operational environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Designs, builds, installs, configures, and/or develops software to support clinical, administrative, financial and operational workflows.

  • Analyzes clinical, administrative, financial or operational workflows supported by the assigned products and their relationship to the technical environment in which they operate.

  • May perform analysis and design of supporting technical infrastructures.

  • Supports clinical, administrative, financial, revenue, or operational implementations for assigned products which may also include testing and QA, reporting, product life cycle, communication/collaboration with customers and vendors, and training users.

  • Assists with onboarding, mentoring, and training of new team members as needed.

  • Responsible for designing, implementing, testing, and supporting OnBase content management, forms management, and staff scheduling solutions for various customer departments.

  • Participate in the team’s 24/7 on-call support rotations.

  • Some weekend and weeknight work is required in support of project go-lives and related activities

  • Build and maintain relationships across the organization.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS :

  • One or more Hyland OnBase certifications are preferred (OnBase Ver. 18 or higher) such as:

  • OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA)

  • OnBase Certified Advanced System Administrator (OCASA)

  • OnBase Certified Installer (OCI)

  • OnBase Certified WorkFlow Administrator (OCWA)

  • OnBase Certified Advanced WorkFlow Administrator (OCAWA)

  • OnBase Certified Support Engineer (OCSE)

  • Microsoft Windows Server system administration experience is preferred.

  • Microsoft Windows client O/S and browser support experience is required.

  • Experience and certification in enterprise scheduling / workforce management applications is desired.

  • Experience with remote server and application support tools & techniques is required (Remote Desktop, MS-Teams, Skype, Zoom, Bomgar/Beyond Trust, etc….).

  • Experience with VB scripting and development is desired.

  • Experience with SQL Server query development is desired.

  • Strong knowledge of personal computer systems and Microsoft Office (or other similar productivity applications to support e-mail, word processing, and spreadsheet applications).

  • Strong communication skills – written and verbal
