Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter (Spanish/English)

Location: Columbia, MD (On-Site)

Overview:

A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, bilingual (Spanish/English) Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring with them a strong background in full-cycle recruiting and an excitement to support a company's mission of building a talented workforce while enhancing diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct candidate outreach via multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Utilize ATS and HRIS systems (Paylocity experience a plus) to track candidate status and maintain data integrity.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and attend job fairs as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with all federal and state regulations, including EEO.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or high-volume hiring environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • Familiarity with Paylocity or similar ATS/HRIS software is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
