Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills)
- 4-year college degree in a related technical field or equivalent experience and education
- Knowledge of control systems, mechanics, pneumatics, and factory floor equipment programming
- 3 years of related work experience with high-volume, precision assembly processes
- Knowledge of computer systems and spreadsheets necessary to perform job duties
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years related work experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
- Expert PLC programmer, Robots (Fanuc, Motoman, Yamaha, and Mitsubishi), Weber screwdriver, Nordson Spray System, Keyence Vision, LabVIEW, and Visual Basic programming

- Must be flexible to adapt to changing requirements

- Guide and support other Engineers, Interns, EIT's, TS's, MA's, and TA's
- Typical software: AB PLC, Mitsubishi PLC, Fanuc, IAI, and Motoman Robots, Atlas Copco screwdriver, Keyence Vision, Excel, LabVIEW, and Visual Basic programming
- Intermediate experience required in Windows, MSWord, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Intermediate experience with AutoCAD and CATIA preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of organization
- Ability to work for extended periods of time while sitting
- Standing, walking, and bending for the duration of the workday
- Ability to lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds
- Visual ability to work accurately with detailed information and a computer screen
- Full motor skills
- May require up to 20% travel
