Job Description

Data quality analysts monitor the quality of data from RB Global organizations make informed decisions. The Data Quality Analyst will examine complex data to optimize the efficiency and quality of the data being collected, resolve data quality problems, and collaborate with database developers to improve systems and database designs.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains the quality of the company's enterprise customer data by identifying, comparing, deduplicating, and resolving data quality problems
  • Monitor Customer Relationship Management (CRM) user activity for customer account creation and maintenance to ensure adherence to data quality standards
  • Identify areas of improvement to achieve data quality
  • Develop and execute data cleanup measures
  • Determine the root cause for data quality errors and make recommendations for long-term solutions
  • Develop process improvements to enhance overall data quality
  • Create and maintain data quality process documentation
  • Maintain and keep the integrity of the Sales Territories System
  • Maintain the returned mail process
  • Test new CRM and user interface application enhancements for acceptance
  • Provide input to enhance CRM data quality and user acceptance
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • At least 1-3 year's experience in a related role or industry
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications especially Word and Excel
  • Conscientious with a high degree of attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Good organizational, time management, and task prioritization skills
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions based on available information
  • Excellent research skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate instructions and concepts in a user-friendly manner
  • Typical Business office Environment
