Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on digital communication systems preferred. Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital communication technologies. Proficiency in analyzing complex technical problems, designing solutions, and translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Awareness in programming languages, including chatbot frameworks and NLP libraries. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools for extracting insights from communication data. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Good to Have Skills: Familiarity in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. Understanding of RESTful APIs and other integration methods to connect different systems and platforms for seamless data exchange. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices to ensure the security and privacy of communication systems and data.
