Job Title: Compliance Reporting Specialist III (CRSIII)

Summary: The purpose of this position is the interpretation of data, analyzing /reporting/research of data for monitoring authorities. In addition to managing the daily sorting, processing, and distribution of data recorded from the alcohol monitoring device to monitoring authorities in accordance with applicable requirements for assigned jurisdictions. Exceptional customer service mindsets are key for success in this role. The specialist will report to the Compliance Supervisor, where work is closely managed. The CRS III will also work on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure efficiency and accuracy in utilizing company systems while protecting the integrity of data dissemination in accordance with jurisdictional requirements.
  • Review for exact and precise data content, format, delivery methods, and periodicity.
  • Conduct a follow up process in correcting and transmitting all data reports within jurisdictional requirements.
  • Assist the Compliance Supervisor as needed with conducting research, preparing reports, and gathering appropriate documentation for court testimony, hearings, and other meetings that require such assistance.
  • Ensure the accurate & timely submission of all required reports utilizing company databases, in conjunction with the monitoring authority's proprietary software/data management system.
  • Provide support and training to monitoring authorities in relation to new reports and system changes as required or requested.
  • Provide high level 1:1 training to new hires.
  • Lead/Host quarterly training for CRS I & CRS II.
  • Meet or exceed all deadlines accordingly.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • Compliance Reporting Specialist experience required (2+ years).
  • Customer service experience required (2+ years).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Proficient with computer skills including Microsoft Office and understanding of (new) proprietary systems.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Classroom management-speaking/leading groups
  • Adaptability and resourceful thinking for potentially challenging or stressful situations.
Work Environment:
  • This is an office-based position Monday through Friday located in Coppell, must be able to commute daily.
  • Vast majority of time is spent sitting in front of computer in a cubical.
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift to 25 pounds.
  • The building offers a gym to all employees.
