Pay Rate: $65 to $68 hourly on W2

What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional physical therapy services to SNF residents, focusing on rehabilitation and improving their quality of life.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on effective therapy techniques.
- Active PT license in California.
- Previous experience in SNF or geriatric care is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
