NTN has an immediate opening in our Sales Department for an Account Executive for our Ohio region.

Responsibilities Include:

The Account Executive will be responsible for calling on and developing relationships and business with a specific distributor located in Northeast Ohio.

Ensure assigned Distributor’s senior management team is aware of recent developments within NTN. Communicate annual rebate information to the distributor.

Communicate opportunities or issues that may arise in the field.

Work to promote NTN to all levels of distribution to increase sales and brand awareness of NTN

Provide NTN with changes in market conditions and competitor information

From the distributor perspective, work with NTN field sales, Marketing, Distributor Service & Engineering department to communicate issues, opportunities.

In collaboration with assigned Distributor, develop promotional materials, catalogs, co-branded give away items.

Collaborate with our Inventory Planning department to ensure sure the NTN min/max levels are accurate & up to date with our distributors systems. Make sure we have adequate inventory coverage in all DC locations.

Spend an equal amount of time (1-2 weeks) in our corporate office located Mount Prospect, IL working with the various corresponding NBCA departments to make sure projects and opportunities are completed from the NTN side.

Skills/Qualifications:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering.

Must have a minimum of 5 years of power train component sales experience.

Organizational and time management skills. Superior communication skills.

Superior relationship building skills and previous/established relationships at assigned Distributor.

Superior analytical skills and computer skills and previous project management experience.

Ability to look at assignments from multiple viewpoints and different levels of detail.
