Reporting to the Lead Account Manager, this role involves managing and nurturing client relationships by providing strategic guidance and ensuring successful project execution. The Account Manager delivers tailored solutions that align with clients' business goals, identifies opportunities for growth through upselling and cross-selling, and collaborates with internal teams for seamless project delivery. Additionally, the role involves leveraging data analysis to drive performance improvements and consistently enhancing service quality and client satisfaction.

What You Get To Do Every Day
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business objectives.
- Provide strategic guidance with tailored marketing solutions that align with client goals, while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities for revenue growth.
- Proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and identify opportunities for partnership expansion.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for each client, leveraging industry knowledge, target audience insights, and competitive landscape understanding.
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and gather feedback for continuous improvement and to exceed expectations.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from planning and execution to performance analysis and optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards, while managing timelines and budgets.
- Work with the Lead Account Manager on strategic planning and campaign development, contributing innovative ideas and insights for department effectiveness and client success.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams for clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous innovation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You Bring To The Role:
- 2-5 years of digital marketing experience preferred. Marketing agency experience, a plus.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMRush, Ahrefs, and other digital marketing tools preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas and solutions clearly and effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and a solid understanding of organizational best practices.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in a client service role preferred, with a focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to recognize patterns and leverage tech trends to identify and implement efficiencies.
- Proven track record of developing scalable solutions that drive client success and improve operational processes.
