Job Summary We are seeking an associate or fully licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist children, adolescents and families in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. If you are an experienced therapist passionate about providing high-quality care and mental health solutions, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments

Provide mental health therapy for school-aged (elementary, middle, and high) children and adolescents

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Services will be provided in our Dallas office, via telehealth, and in assigned Paulding County Schools (McClure Middle School and Abney Elementary School)

Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field

Current and related licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, LMFT, or LAMFT)

Previous experience as a mental health therapist working with children and adolescents required (internship experience is acceptable)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized
