Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will support the Talent Acquisition team by identifying and attracting best in class candidates. The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will utilize social networking sites, job boards, and internal CRM; attend job fairs, champion open houses, network, etc. to identify potential qualified candidates that meet the needs of hiring departments. There will be a focus on both clinical and professional positions across the Hartford HealthCare System. The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for building pipelines of talent, maintaining relationships both internally and externally, and developing innovative strategies for attracting candidates. As needed, the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will perform various other responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition process including administrative components. TA Sourcing Specialists should have a high energy level, strong sense of urgency, be well organized, resourceful, and resilient. * Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication or related field is required. * 1 year of experience working for a search firm or in-house Talent Acquisition Team; or related experience within a college internship. * Prior experience sourcing candidates via social media and resume databases, cold calling candidates, conducting Boolean Searches, and other proactive recruitment experience preferred. * Experience working with a CRM and applicant tracking system preferred. * Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills a must.
