Summary:

We're looking for a Data Analyst with a "can-do" attitude, strong teamwork orientation, and a passion for innovation to support our Sensiba IT Operations Data Insights team. In this role, you'll assist in developing Power BI and SSRS reports and contribute to a collaborative, growth-oriented environment under the guidance of our Senior Data Analyst. This is a great opportunity to expand your skills in data analysis, learn best practices, and make an impact with data-driven insights.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Report Creation and Innovation: Assist in building Power BI and SSRS reports, bringing creativity and a proactive approach to data visualization
  • Basic SQL Development: Write and optimize foundational SQL queries to support reporting needs, continuously improving your technical skills
  • Data Validation and Accuracy: Conduct data validation checks to ensure accuracy, working closely with team members to meet high data quality standards
  • Team Collaboration and Learning: Work with team members in a supportive, collaborative environment, contributing ideas and solutions and embracing a "can-do" attitude
  • Support Report Optimization: Support the Senior Data Analyst in enhancing report performance and usability, adapting to feedback and new requirements
  • Agile Project Support: Assist with projects in an agile setting, focusing on responsiveness and delivering results

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis or report development, with foundational knowledge of Power BI, SSRS, SQL, and analytics tools
  • Basic SQL skills, including writing and troubleshooting queries
  • Creative, proactive approach with a drive for innovation
  • Strong teamwork orientation, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Willingness to learn from and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
