Join our float nursing pool and enjoy the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you We have opportunities for Regional Float Nursing Assistants at multiple skilled nursing centers within your area. Work a minimum of two shifts a week, including every other weekend, or opt for full-time hours depending on open shifts.

As a Regional Float Nursing Assistant, you will provide efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include various patient care activities and related non-professional services essential for our patients' well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of a state-approved certified nursing assistant program
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Basic computer knowledge or willingness to learn
  • Commitment to attend a minimum of 12 hours of continuing education programs
