What Will I Do?

The Assistant Store Operations Manager implements the business plan for the e-Commerce and in-theatre stores. This individual is responsible for growth as well as identifying new opportunities and efficiencies. They will help own sales and fulfillment as well as the Megaplex guest service experience for store operations. They will help oversee all order fulfillment for the online store site and in-store merchandising. This position also encompasses corporate operations including helping manage supplies and distribution in support of all Megaplex Theatres. This position will successfully support the Store Operations Manager as well as the VP of E-Commerce and Guest Services. A successful candidate represents the interests of other LHM business units while supporting strategic plans that drive profitability. The candidate collaborates with internal and external teams. They champion the company's Mission and Vision and model the company Values.
  • Leadership - Cross-Functional Team Development
    • Provide strong leadership to Satellite locations
    • Constantly learns and teaches new skills to enhance job proficiency
    • Model and teach top guest service skills
    • Support the Store Operations Manager
  • Sales and Order Fulfillment, E-Commerce, and In-Store Sales
    • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of all orders across all sales channels
    • Continuously improve fulfillment operations to better move guests through the purchase process
    • Drive sales growth
    • Direct sales to new clients including creating corporate and or tax-exempt accounts.
  • Logistics Operations
    • Help maintain inventories and distribute gift cards, gift card holders, and product packaging materials for all company theatres and satellite stores
    • Help maintain accurate audits of all Megaplex branded products from all satellite locations
    • Fulfill corporate donations and Fundraising Program orders
What Are the Requirements?
  • 2 years higher education or related job experience
  • Able to maintain composure and leadership in periods of peak traffic and stress
  • Seasoned Management, Sales, and Guest Service Experience
  • Business Process Improvement
  • Problem-solving, diagnostic, and analytical skills
  • Detailed and Accurate
