Job Title: Nurse Practitioner Job Specialty: Neonatology Job Duration: Permanent Shift: Varied schedule with 8-hour and 24-hour shifts Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2+ years as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner License: Must have or be willing to obtain a Florida license Certifications: NNP Board Certified Must-Have: - Master's Degree or Doctorate in Nursing - Clean malpractice history - Not accepting new graduates - Not accepting Locum candidates Job Description: - Join a well-established multi-specialty practice with over 30 years of experience. - Work within a Level-III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit with 34 beds and an ADC of 25, serving 3,500 annual deliveries. - Collaborate in a team consisting of neonatologists, NNPs, pediatric intensivists, and pediatric hospitalists to provide family-centered quality healthcare. - Supported by a range of specialists, including pediatric cardiology, endocrinology, radiology, neurology, and orthopedics. - Enjoy a friendly, professional atmosphere with excellent nurses and ancillary services, including a PICC team and a full-time child life specialist. - Participate in transports from other regional hospitals, staffed by a neonatal nurse and respiratory therapist. - Compensation includes competitive salary based on experience and training, along with comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and disability options. - Take advantage of benefits such as employee stock purchase program discount, 401k with company match, pre-tax Health Savings Account (HSA), and pre-tax Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). - Additional protection and support through supplemental accident plans, identity protection, and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
