As a Design System Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience by developing and maintaining a robust design system. Your expertise in TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, Design Tokens, CSS3 e.g. FlexBox and Grid, and StoryBook will be instrumental in creating scalable and consistent user interfaces.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and developers, to understand design requirements and implement scalable design system components.
• Develop reusable UI components using TypeScript and React, ensuring a seamless integration with existing applications.
• Implement and maintain a design system that promotes consistency, accessibility, and efficiency in UI development.
• Utilize Tailwind CSS for efficient styling and theming, following best practices for maintainability and scalability.
• Implement token systems to manage and maintain a consistent design language across various applications.
