Master Planner for Facilities

Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding position as a Master Planner for Facilities? We are a top-tier Architectural/Engineering firm seeking an experienced individual with a proven track record in community and military master planning. This is a remote position with potential for some travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of professionals on planning and design assignments
  • Develop schedules, budgets, and internal taskings for project elements
  • Prepare proposals, marketing materials, and attend networking events
  • Create opportunities for the planning team and company
  • Adhere to project management protocols and procedures
  • Manage team resources and identify skill development requirements
  • Perform technical QA/QC of project deliverables
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in planning, architecture, engineering, or related field. Master's preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in planning and design projects. Military experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication and large project team collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage and deliver on large projects
  • AICP Certification, Register Architect, or Register Landscape Architect is important
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
