Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Description:

Mid America Health is currently seeking a Full-Time Dental Assistant to join our growing portable IN team This is a full- time position scheduled Monday through Friday based out of the Bloomington, IN area and is a rewarding opportunity providing portable dental services to local county jails and behavioral health. This opportunity would be a great fit for a Dental Assistant interested in a low stress opportunity in a non-private practice setting. Travel could extend to 2.5- 3-hour travel, hotel stay provided if desired.

  • $25 per hour for which includes drive time
  • NO weekend or evening hours, and full benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, 401k, generous paid time off, paid holidays, flex spending, and a health savings account
  • Company vehicle is provided, along with a gas and maintenance card
  • An active Indiana Dental Radiology License is required for this opportunity

  • Assist Dentist in chairside procedures
  • Responsible for equipment and supplies as well as maintenance of company van

Full-Time Dental Assistant Job Qualifications Include:

  • Current Indiana Dental Radiology License is a MUST
  • Current CPR for Healthcare Providers required
  • 1-year Dental Assistant experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel within a 2- hour radius of Bloomington
