The National Accounts Team works directly with Commercial National Accounts and the Culligan Dealer Network to build the Culligan Brand within the Commercial Industry. The NAM is responsible for strong business development and growing revenues through the successful sales and promotion of products and services. The NAM will lead and manage the activities for retaining and further penetrating existing customers, converting new National Account Customers, and strengthening the company's brand, reputation, and customer partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Growth Leader: Craft top down and bottom-up tactics to gain business from large, complex organizations.
  • Negotiate Like a Pro: Utilize strong negotiating skills to secure new partnerships and navigate customer contract discussions both internally and externally. Close the deal.
  • Strategic Vision: Leverage Culligan's full scope of capabilities, value-added products, and vast service network to develop long-term strategic goals and build a robust pipeline of new business.
  • Opportunity Seeker: Identify potential customers and the key decision-makers within their organizations.
  • Trend Analyst: Evaluate market trends, present insights, and propose innovative new services and products.
  • Financial Strategist: Develop and manage annual sales budgets for existing and new business initiatives along with meeting margin targets with existing and new business.
  • Client Relationship Strategist: Manage all strategic and operational aspects of customer relationships, crafting tailored solutions for key customers.
  • Performance Tracker: Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts using key account metrics
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 7 to 10 years' experience in enterprise-wide National Account Sales Management preferably in service or equipment industries.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing National Account initiatives and solutions with multiple verticals and markets.
  • Cross-functional team leadership with both internal and customer structures.
  • Expert knowledge of the sales cycle backed by exceptional goal-exceeding sales performance.
  • Home office based with frequent travel - 50-75%
  • Water treatment background and knowledge is a plus
