The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, is seeking a Vehicle Exchange Specialist with Rallye BMW. The ideal candidate is looking for a long-term position where they can utilize their customer service experience to engage with a luxury client base, and be a part of an outstanding team

Responsibilities for this position include:

  • Identify service drive opportunities to sales department.
  • Monitor clients who have any of the following: over mileage, lease maturity, contact ending, or equity and warranty expiration, and maintain contact via email, phone and utilizing CRM, Infobahn and Mastermind.
  • Work as a liaison between service and sales to turn service drive opportunities into new sales for the dealership.
  • Work cooperatively with both service and sales staff.
  • Establish needs and benefit analysis for clients potential trade-in vehicles.

PAY: $20.00 Per Hour

Requirements

  • Previous BMW Dealership Experience Required.
  • BMW BDC, valet or genius experience preferred.
  • Clean and valid driver's license.
  • Superior communication skills and proven follow-up skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Professional personal appearance.
