Position Summary: The Roofing Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, driving sales growth, and expanding into new markets. This role requires a hands-on leader who can inspire and mentor and motivated a team of estimators and canvassers. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales management within a roofing, construction, blue-collar, or door-to-door environment and be passionate about personal and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the sales team consisting of sales estimators and canvassers.
  • Mentor and develop sales team members to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market presence in Snohomish & King County.
  • Attend networking events such as BNI to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the operations manager to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Promote a competitive, health-conscious, and team-oriented culture.

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years of experience in sales management, preferably in roofing, construction, blue-collar, or door-to-door sales environments.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading a successful sales team.
  • Highly competitive and athletic; a background in sports or fitness is highly preferred.
  • Ability to fit into a culture that values health, personal development, and teamwork.
  • Experience managing or being part of a summer sales team (pest control, security systems, solar, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills with a focus on developing young talent.

  • Base of $80K + commissions. The expected compensation is to be 150-180K, with the potential for significant bonuses based on growth targets.
