Overview:

Join our team to provide compassionate care when it matters most. We offer personal care, palliative care, and hospice services to help people with dignity and love. As a Hospice RN, you will be the primary liaison between physician, patient/family and hospice team, providing direct patient care services and supportive care to the patient's family. You'll educate and empower patient's caregivers, manage an interdisciplinary group, and participate in quality assessment and improvement programs.

About You:

  • Hospice heart: compassionate, kind, and empathetic
  • RN license in the state of requested employment (or eligibility to obtain)
  • 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology preferred
  • Comfortable providing care wherever the patient calls home
  • Current driver's license and automobile insurance
  • Current CPR certification
