Job Description:
The Staff Support Specialist will record, disseminate, and track to closure action items identified in executive level meetings. They will also review/comment on and track actions from the Directorate of Operations (DO) for the different Product Groups to until closed. Provide clear and accurate performance reports and analysis to support X43 decision-making. Collect, refine, and link program inputs to performance measures. Draft responses to tasking from within NSA/CSS and external agencies such as ODNI, OMB, DIA and DoD for reviews of program status. Develop and document internal processes to manage tasking.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years’ experience supporting senior level staff processes and functions
    • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional four 4 years’ experience is required for a total of eight 8 years’ experience
  • Current and active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
