HOW YOU WILL HAVE IMPACT

We're seeking a self-starting, mission-driven Product Manager to join us in building products that make a difference. You will play a critical role in defining, communicating, and executing the product vision and strategy.

In addition, as an early member of the ForceMetrics team, you'll have many opportunities to forge our best practices, technical decisions, and create areas of ownership for yourself. We are actively seeking applicants that are fully remote.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Work closely with business, product, and other functions to define the product roadmap and translate product strategy into specific, actionable requirements
  • Create and define requirements and write user stories independently and collaboratively with customers and team members
  • Communicate the vision via wireframes, documents, and presentations
  • Manage, track, and present status on projects to key stakeholders
  • Investigate and analyze requests from customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Advocate for client and product needs within the scrum team
  • Schedule and lead requirements review with engineers
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog
  • Drive product launches alongside other product management team members
WHAT YOU MIGHT HAVE
  • Experience in creating user stories, prioritizing features, and owning a product backlog.
  • High degree of comfort with agile-approach driven projects.
  • Enjoy working in a lean, fast-paced team where you can take the initiative and generate results every day; experience in a start-up environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong execution ability (from idea to launch) with demonstrated leadership in a highly collaborative environment.
  • Passionate about helping make a difference in the lives of many.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and assist the team in multiple capacities.
  • U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder; must be able to pass an FBI background check.
  • Willing to undergo background checks in order to work with the highly sensitive data entrusted with us to positively impact the world.
