We are seeking a diligent and proactive Building Caretaker to oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS:
  • Conduct daily inspections of the property premises to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as light plumbing, electrical work, and minor repairs.
  • Complete cleaning and waste removal.
  • Clean common areas including the lobby, community room, business center, fitness center, bark park, and outdoor areas.
  • Help maintain the pool.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Assist in the preparation of vacant units for new residents, including cleaning and minor repairs.
  • Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain a respectful and harmonious community environment.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Proven experience in building maintenance or caretaking roles, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills and passion for helping people.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Good communication and attention to detail.
