Qualifications: - Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus - Knowledge of hotel operations and reservation systems is desirable - Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills - Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
