Mortenson is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks. Your ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality is vital to your success in this role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary as you will be interacting with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Your extraordinary customer service abilities will ensure every customer has a superb experience when they are at Mortenson facilities. Responsibilities: Perform regular administrative tasks and overall office organization Greet visitors and customers with a positive demeanor Coordinate and set up meetings, handle calendars, and schedule travel Set up, organize, and manage filing systems Prepare documents, perform record keeping and filing duties as necessary Proofread communications and documents carefully Prepare billing/invoices as needed Coordination between numerous support groups; Safety, Human Resources, IT, Legal Utilizing Mortenson's internal procurement system, procure miscellaneous goods as needed Other duties as assigned, including: Understand the operating group and company resources Assist Operating Group Leadership members with miscellaneous duties such as expense reports and travel. Qualifications: Minimum three years administrative support experience required Detail orientation and the capability to proofread effectively Demonstrate flexibility as well as excellent organization and multi-tasking skills Display proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point Exhibit effective communication and active listening skills Positive professional attitude and strong customer service skills Construction-related business experience preferred Experience with billing, invoicing, and timekeeping preferred Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred #LI-HC1 Mortenson is an EOE/Affirmative Action/M/F/Veteran/Disabled employer.
