Requirements

We are searching for a candidate with:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in both print and digital design, ideally in an in-house or agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • High attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to take direction and work well with team members.
  • Portfolio that demonstrates creativity, technical proficiency, and an eye for detail.
  • Submissions without a portfolio will not be considered.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design engaging, on-brand visuals for both print and digital platforms, including brochures, advertisements, social media content, POP displays, packaging for retail and distribution, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the design team to develop concepts and execute creative ideas that meet project objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Stay up to date with design trends and conduct research to bring fresh ideas and innovation to each project.
  • Present design concepts to internal teams, incorporating feedback and revising align with client or stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms by supporting the marketing team in maintaining visual coherence.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and project objectives are met.
  • Continuously improve your design skills by learning about new technologies, design trends, and software tools.
