Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Consultant with a proven track record in project management processes. The ideal candidate will deeply understand project management methodologies and proficiently utilize various project management tools, including reporting tools such as Power BI, to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and consultative support to clients on implementing and optimizing the project management processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and map efficient work streams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Leverage data analytics tools like Power BI to generate meaningful insights and inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, identify efficiencies, and implement innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to continuously improving the project management and workflow processes for the team.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to onboard and upskill team members in the project management process.
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to ensure a seamless transition and knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and customize the learning experience.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the training program based on feedback and performance.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management.
  • Proficient in using project management tools and software, including Power BI, Microsoft Project, and Agile project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing complex projects, with a track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

  • This is a part-time consultant position, with the expectation of up to 15 hours of work per week on an as-needed basis.
